Project Drawings

At Sound Concepts we create a drawing of every project with a significant design or upgrade. It is critical that each system is documented for future reference. This provides us with a copy of your system so that we can be viewing it while talking with you about any upgrades or troubleshooting procedure. Yes it adds a some cost to a project but it is well worth the expense when troubles arise. An individualized portal is provided for the customer to access which includes copies of their individualized drawings and other documentation such as operator manuals etc.
